Once your project has been submitted and its feasibility has been analysed, we take part in development and indicate any changes, we make and analyse the prototypes, then perform sampling and choose the most suitable machinery, tool and equipment for your production.

We design in-house the entire plant, starting from FPT products: we supply a complete system with equipment and customised software for your project and we define the production cycle, with a productivity assessment.

We put all of our experience at your service, with tailored training on the use of the machinery.

We carry out an actual technology transfer, by providing you with the skills required to use the Friction Stir Welding technology autonomously throughout your production.

Thanks to the extremely user-friendly graphic interface, it is easy and straightforward to control the FSW technology, making full use of its potential.
